Because I gave up coffee for Lent this year, I haven't had the chance to visit the new cafes in the city. One of which is Bermax Caffe + Bistro, which specializes in serving Kosher food and carrying Italian gourmet coffee brand, Illy. They have a great selection of paninis, salads and crepes, as well as a good variety of hot & cold beverages. I highly recommend the Lavender Mint Latte. As you can see in the photos, the ambiance inside is casual yet sophisticated. Don't you just love the pop of red from the chairs? And those light fixtures? Divine! They open late too which is fantastic for people like me who enjoy hanging out in cafes.
