Tucked within the quiet neighbourhood of St. Boniface, La Belle Baguette is the newest french bakery in town. Owner and baker, Alix Loiselle has an extensive patisserie background having worked all over Canada and it is clearly evident with his baked goods. On my first visit, I decided to try the strawberry danish and the nutella paris-brest, which were both decadent and delicious! I'd still love to go back and try the baguette sandwiches that they offer. If you want to spend a quiet morning or afternoon while indulging yourself with some coffee and french pastries,
I definitely recommend La Belle Baguette!
