I'm excited to start this week with a feature on one of the newest tea shop in the city. Located in the heart of the Exchange District, the Amsterdam Tea Room boasts itself of providing a wide range of loose leaf teas and beautiful teaware. I went with my friend, Erika who ended up buying a bunch of their blooming teas. I have to say these blooming teas are quite impressive. They come in a bundled ball form and once you steep them, they open up and bloom to be a bouquet of flowers in water. With three weeks since opening, the Amsterdam Tea Room is a promising addition to the downtown scene. As much as I am a huge coffee drinker, I have to give the love for tea too!

The lovely people from Pandora (Polo Park Mall) invited me again a couple of weeks ago to check out their newest summer pieces in store. From floral charms, colourful gems and leather bracelets, Pandora's summer line promises to bring style and vibrance to your looks. I couldn't help but pick out one of their leather bracelets and actually use it as a choker, since those are so trendy nowadays. The leather bracelets are great alternatives to their sterling silver ropes for a more casual look during lazy summer days. To see more of their summer collection, head to your nearest local store or check out their website here. Thanks again, Pandora!

The lovely people from Newchic sent me a couple of things to try out and share in my blog. After waiting a month for shipping, I received this olive green sweater and burgundy suede booties. I couldn't wait to try them so over the weekend, I managed to roam around downtown to test them out. The sweater did not look like how it was on the site however the fabric & fit was still fine to me. On the other hand, the booties were on point (fabric & color) for how much they cost. They even had good grip on the snow. If you wouldn't mind the shipping time, I'd say Newchic would be great for finding trendy but affordable fashion pieces right now.
