Just in time for spring & summer, La Cuisson Cafe opens as another addition to the Corydon neighbourhood. The new spot has one of the widest range of coffee and tea offerings in a single cafe in the city. They serve syphon & Italian style coffee and can also prepare an entire high tea service (complete with pastries & sandwiches). I went here for lunch so I tried their croissant with smoked salmon paired with their iced berry tea, both of which were delish! With lovely interiors, cozy ambiance, attentive service and good food, I'm already making plans on going back to
