The weather hasn't been ideal lately for my ootd photos so bear with me as I wait for sunnier days. On one of those rainy nights, I decided to check out Enoteca, restaurant of infamous local chef Scott Bagshaw. Recently named as one of the top 10 best new restaurants in Canada, Enoteca boasts of a contemporary dining experience in an intimate setting, serving food up to par with international standards. Their spectacular menu consists of unique dishes each with an underlying worldly influence (French, Spanish, Asian). Service is friendly, knowledgeable and personal, whether it's asking for good wine pairing suggestions or making sure dishes are served in a complementary order. I've been meaning to dine here since last year and I'm glad I finally had the chance. Putting the prairies in the Canadian culinary scene, Enoteca is definitely a must when in Winnipeg.
