Happy June! What better way to welcome the warmer season than to feature a BBQ feast ℅ Carnaval Restaurant. A couple of weeks back, I had a chance to dine at this all-you-can-eat Brazilian Churrascaria with some old & new friends. The idea was simple: You are given a card with a green & red side. Servers will come and provide various kinds of grilled meats. Green side up means you want more, Red side up means you can stop for now. It can be a bit overwhelming at first but it's still a fun experience especially if you're dining as a group. And since it's all-you-can-eat, you can basically switch the green/red sides to your heart's content, haha! If you're a meat lover, then Carnaval is definitely the restaurant for you!
