Here's April so far on my side of the blogging world. I haven't been doing a lot of exploring recently so I had to miss a couple of blog posts but I'm heading to a trip very soon and I can't wait to blog all about that! For now, let me share with you some snippets of how this month is so far.

I'm first to admit but I only recently discovered BMC Market, a hidden gem of a Mexican taqueria down Osborne street. When the boy and I checked it out one night, we found ourselves feeling quite nostalgic of our past Mexico & San Diego trips. With their simple menu of just tacos and quesadillas, you can only expect an authentic Mexican food experience. Partnered with a Corona beer or one of those flavoured Jarritos, their homemade tacos are filling and delicious. Did I mention that they're 3 for $5? You seriously cannot beat that! I found a lot of people ordering takeout when I went here and I just might end up doing that one of these days. BMC Market just proves that you don't have to sacrifice taste and freshness over affordability.
