Finally had a chance to blog about Chosabi, the newest eatery at the Exchange District. I meant to post this last week but I felt like I didn't take enough pictures the first time I went so I made my way back to sample more. Their small menu is packed with amazing Asian comfort food like Banh Mis and Sushi Burritos. I highly recommend the Holy Shrimp banh mi and the Manny Pacman rice bowl special! They also both go well with the Thai Iced Tea. The ambiance is casual and the service is attentive (I love it when they shout your order when it's ready!). I have yet to try their matcha drinks as well as a Tuna Poke rice bowl that they're planning to launch this week. Obviously, this would not be the last time I'm heading to Chosabi!
