I've mentioned Creme De L'Essence before but never had the chance to do a full post on this restaurant so I decided to go back and try more of their dishes. Tucked somewhere in the north of city, Creme De L'Essence specializes in classic brunch eats with a French fusion twist. Some of their best sellers include their version of Chicken & Waffles and Pork Belly Hash. They also serve espresso drinks and home made ice cream if you're craving for something sweet. I recommend getting either a tub of their matcha green tea or vietnamese coffee ice cream. Creme De L'Essence may not be situated centrally in the city, but their good food makes it definitely worth the drive!
