As I've mentioned in my Fall City Guide post, I made a quick day trip to Gimli to check out the harbour and a couple of shops. One place in particular that I had to stop by is Flatland Coffee Roasters. The cafe not only serves delicious baked goods & great beverages but also soon, coffee made from locally roasted beans (in partnership with Dogwood Coffee in Minnesota). We may be a little bit late in the coffee scene compared to the bigger cities, but I'm just grateful there are places like Flatland Coffee Roasters that pushes to develop that culture here!
