Pardon my week long hiatus from this blog as I have been cramped with work and wedding planning. But right now, I'm slowly getting organized which means I can blog again! 

I have been missing out on a bunch of things happening in the city including the opening of a new clothing store, Kit and Ace, a few weeks ago. I visited their Winnipeg location (Exchange District) and discovered that the company was originally founded in Vancouver but have internationally grown with retail spaces across the US and Canada. The company specializes in basic pieces made from luxury fabrics that serve as both aesthetically pleasing and functional. Aside from catering to both men and women's fashion, each of their stores is designed to feature local artists & tailored to host local events. And of course, as someone who pushes for supporting anything local, I definitely believe that Kit and Ace is a wonderful addition to the Winnipeg fashion scene.
