I was craving for sushi when I stumbled upon this restaurant called Yujiro. Here in my city, there is an odd abundance of Japanese dining places despite the fact that we're surrounded by prairies (not bodies of water). I have my go-to places when I need my sushi fix, but it was time I tried something new. Yujiro caught my interest because they import their seafood from all over the world (Europe, Russia & USA), making their menu more varied & exotic. For my first time, I ordered a bit of everything: daikon salad, tuna tataki, spider roll and beef tataki roll. Everything turned out delicious and the service was outstanding. Sushi craving satisfied, thanks Yujiro!
