since my last full post, i have managed to stay indoors: watching the olympics, getting the pink eye, being addicted to walking dead and just hating to go out due to the weather.
over the weekend, i was able to go out and eat at this new filipino restaurant, Jeepney.
they've deconstructed some classic filipino dishes to make it appealing to everyone, without sacrificing the authenticity of their taste. if you're in town and want to try something different, this would be a good place to go.

    Argh! Filipino food is so much like Indonesian food (or vice versa) I miss them!!! That deep fried fish with sweet & sour sauce, nomnomnom!!!! Btw I really like your grown-out bangs. They look great side-swept like that :) Stay warm, Sybil! It hasn't gotten any better in Toronto either :(

    Wow! I can only wish I have some cold weather like yours. It's really hot here and everyday it registered almost 36 degrees Celsius! I'm melting.

    I'm absolutely in love with the colors in this outfit! And you're making me so hungry with all those food pictures now, it's so close to dinner time! Ahhh!

    And DUDE, I've been wanting to watch Dallas Buyer's Club for months now but everyone I went to the movies with always wanted to see something else. And now it's not in theaters anymore, just my luck. I can't wait to see it. Soon enough! :)
