everyone seems to be complaining about this never-ending winter we're experiencing here in the prairies. i'm really sick of it too, but it's not stopping me from wearing skirts, shades and sneakers! i'm just thinking that the more i wear non-winter clothes, the more the winter weather will go away. hahaha, i know, my logic has gone out the door.

since my last full post, i have managed to stay indoors: watching the olympics, getting the pink eye, being addicted to walking dead and just hating to go out due to the weather.
over the weekend, i was able to go out and eat at this new filipino restaurant, Jeepney.
they've deconstructed some classic filipino dishes to make it appealing to everyone, without sacrificing the authenticity of their taste. if you're in town and want to try something different, this would be a good place to go.

i know, i know. forgive my absence, lovelies. i got pink eye last week and that prevented me from taking outfit photos. this week, on the other hand, has been incredibly brutal weather wise. don't let the nice sunny image above fool you. we were averaging between -20 to -48 celsius and there was no way i would stand outside for more than 2 mins and get frostbite, haha! i'm afraid i'd need to wait for the weekend to get outfit posts back up. hope you all understand. :)
