i really didn't want to post these photos, but i thought; instead of seeing this as a really disappointing blog fail, why can't i just celebrate it? haha! there were so many struggles to put this post up, from the sunlight that was casting tripod shadows to my arms that were almost experiencing frostbite. But the most epic of all was my tripod being blown away by the wind. The last collage had me from posing in front of my camera, running to save my falling tripod and basically failing to catch it while it still took shots. that's how my thursday went, how's yours?

The weekend still proceeded with its -35 degree temperature but since there was no way I'll skip on posting another outfit shot, I braved the weather with my coat and snapped these images. I also managed to visit this gift shop called Tiny Feast. Located in the heart of the Exchange District downtown, Tiny Feast sells items ranging from fancy writing materials, homemade accessories, quirky housewares and contemporary interior decor. It's basically pinterest in store form. LOVE!

work has officially taken over my week. i've been waking up early and going home late, doing overtime hours. it also doesn't help that the weather has been in the -30's and taking outdoor shots is quite impossible. for now, bare with me and my shameless indoor selfies, hahaha!

still on to discovering new places locally, i dropped by the little sister coffee maker over the weekend to check out their space. i don't know why but, i'm really loving the idea of vertically spaced interiors. plus, i'm currently obsessing on getting a vinyl player for myself and when i saw that they use one as their sound system, i fell more in love with the cafe.

finally able to take outfit shots outdoors due to the tolerable weather temperatures, yay!

the nice weather (-6 degrees) prompted my friends and i to try this new vegan place downtown. 

im not vegan per se but the burgers from Boon are definitely tasty and filling!
