 not the best outfit shots in this post but still wanted to share with you photos i took when we went to bacardi island this day. the beach was different from the one near our hotel since this had 'smoother' sand and wavier waters (hotel beach had calm waters). it was also ridiculously sunny this day that you can see the water glisten; and that's me without editing those images above.

for a change, i'm starting with some excursion photos and ending with the casual outfit i wore for the day. together with other tourists, we went to discover the Los Haitises National Park, from the pelican aviary area, ancient caves and the haunting mangrove forest. it was an amazing experience. the entire park was absolutely breath taking. to cap it all off, we had some delicious traditional grilled food for lunch.

unlimited paella, seafood and strawberry margarita for me!! aaahhh!!

 availing of the unlimited cocktail drinks by the shore.

spent second day roaming around the resort and beach shores

was so lucky to have a good 3 km stretch of white sand all to the hotel guests

i swear i didn't need any kind of camera filter to capture postcard shots like the ones above

for the first night, reservations were made to one of the resort's ala carte restaurant.

so after checking out our room and changing to that floral dress

we headed to El Pescador for mediterranean dinner.

after gaining some pounds and some serious tan, i'm finally back from my vacation! thanks for the patience due to my lack of posts, but i'm back to blogging starting tomorrow. let me just decently go thru my photos and videos and i'll have lots to share here (from outfits, food porn, video montages and of course scenic shots). hope you, guys, stay tuned!!!
